ABOUT SMALL BUSINESS SURTHRIVAL

We believe strong, profitable, well-ordered businesses are one of the most fundamental tools God has given men to live out their calling. Businesses are not neutral. The way a man builds and orders his work shapes his family, his church, his community, and the inheritance he leaves to future generations. When Christian businesses are fragile, chaotic, or overly dependent on the owner, the cost does not stop at the balance sheet - it shows up in weary households, anxious fathers, unprepared children, and a weakened Church that lacks the strength and margin to act with courage and faithfulness. Small Business Surthrival exists to help Christian business owners bring their businesses into order so they can endure across seasons and generations. This work is rooted in long-term stewardship, not short-term growth; in inheritance, not exit; in obedience, not endless ambition. Dominion is not domination, and it is not passive. It is the obedient, often costly work of ruling and subduing under God’s authority - of being fruitful, multiplying, and toiling faithfully against the curse for His glory. Strong businesses matter because they create stability, margin, and capacity to bless families, strengthen churches, support Kingdom causes, and pass down more than money - patterns of faithfulness, discipline, responsibility, and hope. This work is for men who want to provide well, lead courageously, build businesses that last, and leave a legacy worthy of the name “good and faithful servant.” If this way of thinking resonates, I’d welcome a conversation. Schedule a short call, or start by listening to the podcast to hear how these ideas are worked out in practice.
